Racold — Instant gyser complaint

I have been purchase 1/2 ltr instant geyser of Racold coy on 22 Dec 2014.After installation of this it was noticed that it is not being cut off during uses.and generating back pressure in inlet pipe which is very dangerous and it could be blast in the pipe.I was lodged a complaint just after noticed the defect but Engrs could not resolve the problem.As i am a army person and serving outside of Delhi.it is therefore request to replaced the geyser as soon as possible.
