Racold — Racold Geyser not installed even on third day | |||
My name is Kirti Mandrekar, and my mobile number is [protected]. I had purchased Racold gyeser 10 liters on 16/08/2021. As I had not received any call from your technician I had called your customer care on 17/8/2021 and I was told that it will be installed within 48 hours. Again I called on 18/08/2021, one lady by name pooja attended my call and spoke in a very rude manner and told me that 48 hours are still need t over you wait for some time. When I asked to confirm about time of visit by technician she disconnected the phone. Now 53 hours have passe but I no call from the technician is received and still waiting for installation on third day of my purchase. Very bad service, looks like you don't care for customer s.
