I had requested for an inspection and repair of my racold instant geyser (Pronto Neo) under warranty period.
A technician from your SVS service center, Bangalore came on 6th Dec 2021 and inspected and confirmed that both the geyser coil has been gone and needs replacement under warranty. He said the spare part is not in stock and will get replaced in another 2-3 working days.
Ever since, I have been trying to reach the SVS service center no - [protected] but no response for the call or the item to be replaced.
In fact they say stock is not there and if I pay for the spare part, then they can get it from somewhere. How is it possible that Racold does not have stock of spares to be replaced under warranty but if the customer pays for the spare parts they will be able to get stock and procure for replacement.
This is a violation of warranty norms printed in the product brochure and booklet and I would take this up to social media and consumer court if not resolved quickly.
I have been trying your customer care phone number but there is also no response or waiting period is long on the call.
I am attaching the purchase bill for your reference and the product model "Pronto New" has 2 years warranty. Was this information helpful? |
