[Resolved]  Racold — Racold technician still not arrived for installing

Racold technician still not arrived for installing the geyser. I bought the geyser from Croma retail store on 5th of jan. They said from the product delivery it will take 2 working days so speaking it should be installed on 7th of jan 2015 but till now no technician has ever called up or attended the issue. This is ridiculous!!! racold service sucks!!
