I bought 2 Racold geysers in Quarter 2 2021 and one of the geyser started leaking from saftey lock. I registered a complaint in May 2021 ( Complaint ID[protected]. A technician( Name Prakash, numver +[protected] visited and informed that the repair cant be done instaed the product needs to be replaced. He took some video evidences and left. To my surprise, I received a message stating the service request is closed for 'other' reasons. I have registered another complaint[protected] and this time someone calls to check abot the issue and again I received same message that the service request is closed. Frustrated with the experience, I wrote an email to Racold care for which no resolution is received too. I again registered a complaint[protected] but I have no hopes of getting a resolution. I feel they just dont want to address the issue as it might be big problem and ignore customer complaints
