Racold — Serious electric shock in water

Hello, My name is Vicky Agarwal. I have purchased 2 Racold electric geyser 3 months ago but everytime we gets an electric shock in our washroom. We contacted Racold consumer care and there service agent came and did nothing and they informed us that its not their geyser fault because water is still can be heated.
