Sir I had purchased 3 nos of 200 Ltrs solar water heaters ftom Miracle solar systems Mysore. Two of my water heaters are badly leaking from past 6 mnths. The tech couldn't resolve the problem n suggested for drum change. As the items are in the warranty period I consulted the distributor Mr. Jayram and asked for drum change. He told to consult Mr. Hiremat of your company. I spoke to him and he had sent another technician but the tech yold he will be back by 2 days. But even after one week he didn't turn up nor respond to our calls. The ssme case is from Mr. Hiremat also he doesn't redpond to our msgs also. I am really fed up of the service. Being a reputed company is this the response a customer gets. These people are playing a blame game. If my problem is not solved within a few days I may go to the consumer court. Hope your firm look into this matter and my problem will be resolved as soon as possible.
