I am writing in regards to a racold solar heater, which is bought from your company

Unfortunately solar tube was not good quality. Therefore, I would like to make arrangements to change one solar tube which is damaged .Please let me know how best this process will go. In addition, since this solar tube was not good quality, I do not expect from your company like this, please take this complaint as personal and do best for us.
