Racold Water Heater — Non entertainment of complaint

Sir, On 12.011.2015 I had lodged a complain at Racold call center for repairing my water heater and i was assured that in next 24-48 hours my complain shall be entertained. But unfortunately its been 9 days now and no one has come to attend my complain, . When I called up the call center on 19.11.2015 I was given a service center telephone number (Guwahati. Super care), The owner assured me that today i e 19.11.2015 my complain shall be entertained but nothing happened, Again on 20.11.2015 I call the service center (Super Care) he again assured me that today i e 20.11.2015 100% the complain shall be attended But till today 21.11.2015 my complain has not been attended by the company.
