This is Rohini Prasad one of your Victimed and frustrated customers, I am writing this after calling your customer care, area manager and local service guys several times.
I lodged a complaining on May 21 with a complaint number[protected] where my solar water heater is leaking due to a faulty inner seal from one of the heating tubes. The fix is very simple just need to replace the seal. But this does nit happened with you. Due to leakage, we stopped the water entering into the geyser which results to breakage of 3 heating tubes.
I called the customer care, each time I called a new complaint is raised and will provide some phone numbers where most of the numbers are out of service. Finally, I got a mobile number of area manager.
I called him and explained the issue. His answer is we don't have a market in our area and he is helpless.
Again I called the customer care, they told me that the technician will contact me tomorrow and complaint forwarded to higher authorities.
Already 10 completed no call no action.
