Dear Sir,
We the group of 7 people booked a ticket for september 21 to go goa from gorkhapur from credit card of City Bank, India in 4 people and 3 people. But me and my friend wants to cancel the ticket as we will be unable to go.. But the friend who booked the ticket is saying that of we cancel 2 ticket 1 from 4 group of people and 1 from 3 den we have to cancel the ticket of all 7.. and if 2 ticket will be cancelled only 40% will be refundable .and the money will come to your bank which we can consume only after purchasing things from credit card .. Is it true or not ? is it possible to cancel two ticket right now and will it effect our friends ticket too and how much of our money will be refundable ...
