Indian Railway Catering And Tourism Corporation — Redirecting processing request and charged money for online ticket which showed booking failure

Redirecting after submitting my online SBI card details. The bank has processed my railway charges as known my message from the bank on my mobile phone. However the Railways never booked the ticket after hours of waiting online during the processing of request. They have charged me on my card full ticket charges. My ticket was from Agra Cant to H Nizamudin Station by taj express 6:55 pm.
This is my sincere request to look into the matter.
