Railwire Internet Service — Worst service

I am staying in Horamavu Bangalore. This service provide om cables is a useless guy. The owner employed his relative(around 14 year) to deal with this who is again a arrogant and bad guy. Apart from all this the worst part is you need to recharge by paying money to this useless guy who is taking money but not recharging. Railwire does not have any online facility or any office where you can go and recharge by your own. No call center will listen any complaint, they will say to contact the provider only. for the misbehave, fraud or any other issue from service provider railwire is not responsible. once you take the connection either you have to adjust with the service provider or disconnect the line by your own. Better try Airtel broad band, Airtel 4G or Tikona, Unfortunately the ACT service provider only available before the railway crossing expecting that to come soon. But dont dare to try railwire in this area. I dont want to put bad words in a public forum but all words are less for that OM cables.
