I had paid Rs. 999 online on their website for an annual subscription on Aug 5. I did not receive a subscription number or any issue delivery and contacted them by email on Sep 10 asking them to cancel my subscription and refund the amount. It was only after my email that they generated my subscription number and said that they would dispatch the September issue, which would arrive before Sep 20. They do not mention on their website that...

I got a Year-Long Subscription last month. I am eagerly waiting for my first copy of September issue which hasn't been delivered yet. If you could kindly email the details of the post relating to the same it would make my day....

This is to bring into your notice that I haven't received copies of my subscription for last 3 months. Every time contact to reader digest customer care no. it is assured that it will get delivered in few days. Today I call to customer care and he told me that in there system it is showing delivered.

I used to send emails on Please dont register on this site it might be fake and if its real the people behind this site are fake and they only grab your money. Also they are sending many spam emails using the brand name India Today of it is from India Today Group, shame on you people.br...

I am a regular reader of reader's digest since last 10 years. For last few years, I have been buying subscription date of RD. Previous subscription got me only half of the copies. This time I had bought subscription for two years after shifting to a posh area thinking that copies will not be lost. I paid last year in April for two years; subs no.[protected], customer ID [protected], but till date I got only three copies, one for May June together...

I subscribed reader's digest magazine print copy last yarr in July but till now didn't get even single..Not getting where to track what to do....

I paid against RD subscription on 16th Dec 2020 and from 20th January struggling to get my copy. I did not receive copies for January and February. Web Reference No.-RDENW[protected]

Made several calls on so called customer care, they ask to wait for 10 days - we will solve your problem and arrange a call back from some manager. Excuse th is the courier returned- I am living in a heart of a big city...
