Fraud, cheating on the online booking. I have booked ticket on may 5 2016, bus never came and hans travels peson told me after 1 hour bus already left. I will file legal complain againts red bus. I will never ever use red bus for any service. I want my all money back. This site is totally fraud .As soon you submit any complain regarding any refund related, Within half an hour you will receive a call saying that they are calling from irctc headoffice. They will ask you to visit nearest atm and saying that they will provide SBI cash voucher as a refund do not visit to the atm as they are total fraud.They have cheated me and withdrawn 2000 Rs from my account for further contact me on below number [protected].(Mayank)
