Reliance CDMA — request for deactivate of callertune | |||
dear sir, my name is kaushik sen from west bengal, my reliance cdma no is [protected], there is a major problem in my connection, that is callertune automatically activate in my ph no, and regularly it deduct 30 rs per month, several times i try to contact with customer care, but i unable to connect, several times i have massaged " STOP 1003 " to 121, but there has no result, last four months i have been suffering in this problem, so kindly deactivate the callertune as early as possible and also refund my deduct amount, if you are not reply my email i will mail to consumer forum. regards, kaushik sen, radhamohanpur, west bengal. ph no : [protected] mail id - [protected]@rediffmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
