Reliance Communications — A Scam by Reliance communications

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the scam which is being done by your own Direct sales Agents/ Direct Sales Teams. I received a call on 1st July 2015 from a girl who introduced herself as Himani Sharma from reliance communications. She asked me my monthly usage on my existing Vodafone number which I had since 2003. When I told her that I spend around 2000 INR every month on my mobile bill then she offered me a plan wherein I would be paying just 899 plus service tax & I will get unlimited local & STD calls to any network through out India. Along with that she also mentioned that I will also get 1 GB data on 3 G services every month as a part of the tariff plan & after consuming 1 GB my services will be switched over to 2G with a reduced speed of internet. She also sent me an e-mail confirming the same & also demanded a payment for 1000 INR which was supposed to be adjusted in first two months bills as per the e-mail she wrote to me. I agreed to get subscribed with the plan & after few days my number was port to reliance communication. The problem started since the beginning itself when I realized that I made a mistake by switching over to Reliance as I started facing lot many issues with the network since then. My call started getting dropped & most of the times I never had the network signals to make or receive any phone calls. I received the first bill which was little bit higher than my expectations & I also had a word with one of your executives about it but again she was not helpful enough to explain the charges to me in a an appropriate manner but still she offered me a waiver for 120 INR so I also found it OK sort of. However, today I got a shock when I received my second bill which is for around 2235 INR. When I opened the bill then I found that there is a charge for 912.96 for the internet services which I am supposed to get free up to 1 GB as a part of my tariff plan. In order to get an explanation about it I dialed *222 but again all your executives are bunch of crooks & they don't even know the ethics to deal with the customers. First executive put my call on hold for more than 30 minutes & then he disconnected the call. Second executive also followed his colleague & disconnected the call while talking to me.
