[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Automatic deduction of balance from prepaid account. | |||||
I have recharge my prepaid account with amount of 20 on 16 may 2016 of reliance of no. [protected]. After few hours when i checked my account it shows zero balance in my account. I have called reliance customer care for several times. Once they told me that their system update process is going on so that they cannot refund my balance. Every time when i call customer care they told me to call after 2 hours. This happens merely 7 to 8 times approx. After that i again recharge my same account with rs 10. After few hours when i checked my account it again shows zero balance. The customer care of reliance is always miss guided me cut the phones during call. During this period there is no any type of service is activated on my no. After two days they don't respond me anymore. During this period my data balance is around 400 mb but i can't used it due insufficient balance. I want to request reliance to please let me why it is happened through your platform. Reliance is showing on its ussd code *129#/flavour of the month -recharge with 73 get 750 mb net for 10 days but they provided me only 300mb net.and rs73 is deducted from my account
