Reliance Communications — Balance debit in my mobile on 16/07/2016

I have call to your customer care seven (7) times for query my balance debit, but all time reply on your customer side, technical problem, technical problem, technical problem, than call again after two hours, than i have call again after two hour, but same reply, server down, technical problem. So my problem not solbe.
Kindly my debit balance 60 rupees quickly refund. Do the need full.
