Reliance Communications — Bluffmaster reliance, we cannot rely anymore on reliance

My MDN number is [protected]. Few days back I posted the following complaint, an issue which is pending for more than a month:

Then I got a call from a lady, who could not speak English properly, saying "You complaint will be resolved in top priority very soon". I asked the definition of "very soon"... I asked her to call me back and give a rigid timeline. Though I felt hopeful, but now many days passed and I did not receive no call... nothing.

I am waiting for the definition of "very soon"

P.S: Don't repeat your stupidity by trying to call me on the datacard MDN number...LOL
