Reliance Communications — Calls outgoing stop due to reliance staff mistakes

Dear sir,

I have problem with the reliance offer and service.

Your sales staff is not proper knowledge your sales staff no is [protected] and[protected].

Previous i use vodafone your sales staff give me 497/- rs plan.

I give doc as per they req and right now i have facing problem my outgoing call are stop.

Please let me know the processor of again i want to go in vodafone at list they give proper answer to customer.

Your sales staff want to do only sales they dont want to give after sales service.

Pls help me i dont want to use reliance service.

Dear sir,

I spk with the customer care no they told me your doc is pending to submit but i give my all document to your staff which is call me from this no [protected] and[protected].

Now again reliance asking my document so where is my previous document which is they collect if any misuse of my document then i will not responsible for that and will file the case again reliance staff they are answerable.

Before 3 hours i am not getting proper replay then same all conversation mail send to "grahak suraksha".
