Dear Sir, I had a connection which stopped working when you were upgrading to 4g. For 2 months I suffered and paid my bills even when I could use net. I had to go for alternate connection as a backup. After calling consumer care repeatedly (avg call hold time 20 min each time) I was told that if I don't upgrade then I can't use your services anymore to which I told them I would like to discontinue... Now am getting this mail as below of going to Lok Aadalat... This is HARASSMENT and does not suit the dignity and stature of Reliance. Also am not sure if this whether is a prank as the below mail is from some Gmail id. If it's Reliance or some Govt body then why use a public mail server and not Gov or Reliance id?
