[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — Network Issue - Complaints Not Resolved

I ported my no. from Airtel to Reliance GSM, in the unlimited call offer with iphone 5 and paying them INR 3000 per month for 24 months. My office is located in Atria Mall and home is in Santacruz. Since the start of the connection there has been network coverage issue with reliance at both my locations. I have raised many complaints to the reliance customer service call center regarding the network issue faced but all were unheard. On 18th June 2014, I contacted the Reliance Appellate Mumbai for getting my complaint resolved. They gave me a Ref. No. [protected] and assured me that the same will be resolved in 48-72 hrs. There was no improvement in the network quality nor there was any feedback provided. I called them again on 26th June 2014 and was advised that the complaint is still pending as their internal network team has not responded to their email for this issue. They asked me to wait again for 48-72hrs and gave me a second Ref. No. [protected]. I waited more than 72hrs but still there had been not improvement nor any feedback call from Reliance. I again called Reliance Appellate Mumbai on 01st July 2014 and was again advised the same story that their internal network team has not responded to the complaint email sent from the Appellate Team. The lady at the Reliance Appellate convinced me again to wait and assured me that they will sort this in 48hrs and will call me and update me for the same. Again a false promise made which was not fulfilled by Reliance Communication. There was no call to update me on the complaint nor there was any improvement in the network. And to my surprise today on 04th July 2014 there was no service on my phone at my office location (worli). I called the Reliance Appellate again today and advised them that I have been waiting since 18th June 2014 for my network complaint to be resolved and there has been no improvement and not there is no service available to me. The officer had the same story to tell that the internal network team has not reverted back to the complaint email, and I need to wait. The officer told I will need to wait but was not willing to advise me for how long. Due to this network issue face with reliance my service is mostly diverted as there is no network coverage. I feel cheated as I am paying INR 3000 per month for a service which is not been provided as per the offer Reliance Unlimited plan offered and committed to provide. I need a solution for this at the earliest, hence have come to the consumer forum so that I get the best and just solution for my complaints which is gone unheard.

I have called up the Reliance Appellate Office Mumbai many times since 18th June 2014 to get a solutions but till date haven't got any call or feedback from your company. Even today I called up the Appellate office and spoke to Mr Zuber who had the same story that they haven't got a revert back from the tech team.

I am paying Reliance INR 3000 per month for a service which I am not being able to use. I am requesting you to kindly take back my service/phone and refund all amounts charged (INR72000 on my credit card). And spare me from such pathetic network and customer support service.

You can call me alternatively on [protected] and just for your information if someone really had tried calling me it would have eventually got diverted to the number mentioned as there was no service on my reliance.
