Hi I am new customer of reliance. My name is subrata ganguly. mobile number [protected]. 1st I was Tata docomo customer but one of reliance marketing team called me and convinced me to change the network. But unfortunately she misguided me. She told me there will be no roaming charges if I call and stay within west bengal. So I travelled some part of west bengal and used your service. But the reality was different that I came to know when I got my 1st bill. There were huge roaming charges and my bill is Rs 652. Because of their untrained staffs who misguided me. So as it was their fault I am not going to pay my roaming charges. My request please do check and wave off my roaming charges. Thanks you Regards Subrata Was this information helpful? | |||||
