[Resolved] Reliance Communications — my prepaid account not recharged | |||
Hello, I have done online recharge of my reliance netconnect account by paying Rs 797/- on 30th June. However I am unable to connect to the Internet from 7th July. When I have called customer care, they informed that my account is suspended due to no recharge. I have done online recharge and I do have receipt for that. The transaction id is BIL/[protected]/rcom netconnect/RELIANC for 797 from ICICI bank. Customer care guys said its been suspended and declined to provide any other details as when and why or date of last recharge. it was very unprofessional service. Can someone sensible look into this problem and care to solve it ? Was this information helpful? | |||
