Dear cahndran,

First thing make it clear that i always was in gsm i wasn't in cdma. Secondly how can i call from the number [protected] which doesn't have any network? Don't you think that its a wrong request? To complete the tele verification i need the network first. Till the time i inserted the sim after successful port out from airtel i didn't see network signal in this sim from reliance. Please read trailing mails carefully. I am sending all these mails to get the network active sim.

If you want to talk with me call me at[protected] this number and ask for me. I am there till 7pm.

Thanks

Dear mr. Khan,

Still i haven't receive any network in my phone. Your executive (Ms. Priyanka saha, reliance house kolkata) is not responding over phone. Even last day evening she promised me to provide the connection but she failed. Again she told me by today morning i can use my phone but as you can see i am still running with no network. What is this? I am just getting irritated. How much time it should take? This is my first experience with reliance and i am just feeling harassed.

Its soo sad that from last 12 hours your team are failed to provide me a single network.

Thanks

Dear reliance team,

Mobile no [protected]

This is to inform you i was a airtel customer since 2005, but after communicated with your kolkata executive ms. Priyanka saha (Mobile no [protected]) and after a bit research i have decided to port in into reliance communication. I have requested on 12.04.2016 with unique porting i'd. She has collected all required documents from me and confirmed me that sir you will enjoy reliance connection after handed over a sim (Picture attached with the mail). Last night i was successfully ported out from airtel and today morning i have inserted the reliance sim into my mobile as she told me. Still i am not getting any network on that sim. I called that executive (Ms priyanka saha) several times every time she is replying that sir we are trying our best but from last 5 hour my phone is without network. I am a service person and mobile is a major part of my job how can i manage here? Why should i suffer? And the most embarrassing thing is now she has switched off her mobile. I am not getting her.

If the situation continued i have to knock consumer forums door. Please get this sorted out immediate basis. I still have faith on reliance this kind of executives are just spoiling the brands and customer satisfaction. Please take action accordingly.

Still waiting for the network

Thanks and regards
