Dear shweta-please refer my conversation, i am following for the termination this number from 03.09.2016 and as per your mail dated 20.10.2016 my number was terminated and no out standing (You can refer the attachment) but how rs.801/- bill raised. This is your side fault only and dont push me to take any legal action and asking compensation from reliance. You can close this immediatelty. Otherwise i will use this mail as a proof and file a case in consumer forum.

Trai - you can wake up from sleeping now. You dont provide these email ids to the public.
