Dear Sir, My mobile no ; [protected], Relationship No ;[protected], i have taken Reliance post paid connection on 14th Sep 2014, in vijaynagar Branch, i have paid Rs. 300/- Security Deposit. In January 2015, i have discontinued the Reliance post paid connection and as discussed with the Reliance Manager-Vijaynagar, they will refund the deposit after 3 months. so I ported the Reliance post paid to Airtel Prepaid Connection, i gone several times, they told me that, they will do the refund, Now, i am sending the mails to rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, rn[protected]@myreliancemail.com (vijaynagar branch) till date, they have not refunded, as per their books, Rs 143/- to be refundable. i am sending the mails from Oct 2015 to Till date - for your info.
