Reliance Communications — RELIANCE - Changed Micro to Nano sim but service not activated from 3 days | |||
Reliance GSM number having issue is [protected]. I brought a new phone which needed a nano sim. So i went with the above number's micro sim to Reliance Gallery on S.V.Road, Goregaon (W), Mumbai - 400062. There i asked Mr. Lavkush Shukla to provide me the nano sim for this same number. He cut the micro sim i had but it did not work. So he made me fill a form. Along with form i submitted my registered account documents and photograph. He cut a new sim into nano SIM and said it will start working in half an hour. Its almost 3 days now, the number hasnt started. I switched off/on the phone and reinserted sim in both slots but it shows limited service for the nano sim. I went to the same gallery next day but this Lavkush Shukla was very impolite and rude and refused to check details. He asked me to leave. This was very annoying plus the service still hasnt started. On the same day i went to airtel for the second sim and he gave me a nano sim which started working immediately. It is really surprising to see a big company like Reliance providing such pathetic service. When i called customer care number they asked me to visit the gallery even when i told them the gallery is not ready to solve my issue. I would recommend everyone to please avoid Reliance service. It is very poor and dissapointing. I will definitely inform everyone around me to avoid Reliance. If this is the way Reliance continues, it will gradually lose all its customers. The goregaon west branch should be closed and Mr. Lavkush Shukla should be removed. He is a very aggresive and mannerless person. Was this information helpful? | |||

Want to convert my micro sim into nano sim .what to do
I am using the number [protected] since 11/12 years . Since 2014 whatever amount i am atop up with the number that is getting deduct automatically with some non sense messages. Though u complained many times they are never refunding the amount. Really frustrating . It happens whenever my phone is switched off too . I lost more than 280 rupees and request all the similar customers to stand against this issues.
