[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance postpaid mobile bill

I have not received reliance bill since i have taken a connection and i was paying some amount to avoid disconnection and services.

Hi support,
I have not received billing information on the mobile no [protected]. For the past three months.
Calling customer care doesn’t help in update of email id too..
I have been charged more than my plan details .
Resolve this immediately and kindly update the unbilled payments
Kindly waive off the late payment charges .

This is the reply i received, Now when i get all the 3 bills on May-24th.: when should i make the payment ...??

and now they lay late payment charges...even for a paid bill within due date for the month of june.

The customer care escalation is done by Srinivas (so called customer care lead) -in Hyderabad. I have a call record of the guy, who has disconnected the call without responding to the query..

reliance customer care is the worst ...which anyone could face !!

they don't give proper support nor resolve the issues.
