[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Termination | |||
I have tried to terminate the cdma dongle connection 5 times by calling up their call center. Till date, they have refused to act on it. My complaint number is [protected]. I also sent them an email. However, i did not receive any acknowledgement. Every time i call them, they come up with a new excuse for avoiding termination. They are quite keen to migrate all their cdma customers to 4g using the sister company, reliance jio's network. But, this does not make sense as their rates for data plans and dongle, are higher than airtel. And this is not even their own network. Was this information helpful? | |||
