Hello, This is Hitesh Varwani, from Kalyan, Maharashtra. I'm facing problem while calling to Vodafone users. It always says "This route is busy". I had a talk with consumer care but they said that it will get fixed by 5:00 PM on 5-12-14. I'm facing this problem since 3 days. Fix it asap please.
