Reliance customer care team-as a genuine customer, i am trying to close this account on right way. since i am not receiving any reply after marking to your chairman email id and trai ids. today i have visited to your reliance store, 100 feet road office, coimbatore and there are also no response. hereafter i may go the consumer forum for the solution.

Team-i have not received any confirmation from you as of now. i do not want to continue this dongle but ready to pay normal bill amount rs.1148/- as per my earlier bill only. please disconnect/terminate my reliance number immediately and confirm by mail. based on your worst service so many complaints are registered in consumer complaint website. i have attached a sample complaint for your reference. i have sent this mail purely for my legal purpose only. again i am telling with you, i want to disconnect this number purely on your mistake and very bad service to the customers.

note: without informing to me, my plan was changed. your customer support team is managing that mail was sent to my email id. but no mail was sent to me. this is my 9th mail to reliance but did not receive any single reply. i did not expect this kind of attitude from this big group. final one is asking for terminate/disconnect my dongle no.[protected].
