From 5 to 6 month i am using reliance 3g in reliance wipod max with the plan of postpaid 3g truly unlimited but 1 month ago in reliance office mysore they told me that reliance 3g will stop all over karnataka after one month because reliance has launching 4g so you have to buy a sim of 4g and reliance 4g wipod device to continue your internet and they told me that after buying 4g sim and 4g wipod device the internet activate on august 1st week with your same old plan of postpaid 3g truly unlimited to 4g unlimited so i buy both device and sim. On august 1 a call from reliance have came and he told me that your 4g sim with device will activate with in 4 days so i asked that i am already using postpaid 3g unlimited plan but when 4g activate this plan of postpaid 3g unlimited will change 4g unlimited or not and he told that yes it will work with old 3g plan to 4g so 4 days back the device has activated and i used till yesterday night and on night 1 am suddenly the 4g net has become very very slow and then after some time a message has come to my phone that dear customer you have consumed 90% of your total plan quota alloted on reliance 4g so my question is what is meaning of this message the reliance office mysore has convinced me that your 3g truly unlimited will come to 4g but it has not happened. The reliance has cheated me i am a medical transcriptionist, i work for a u. S company so i need net 24 hours with very fast and high speed.
