[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Dreadful Experience

Hi, Almost a month with no accountability or ownership after sending 6 mails and talking to multiple people... Mails were sent to following email ids: [protected]@resq.in ; [protected]@ril.com; [protected]@relianceada.com ; Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com. Please find the mails below… Regards, abhishek [protected] MAIL - 6 15 days from the day of purchase... still awaited resolution from reliance digital... Now I have been told that its my mistake... Feeling cheated and betrayed... regards, abhishek MAIL – 5 And yes people have problem understanding what is the concern, so listing them yet again... 1. Installation happened 5 day, was promised it will be done before Diwali 2. Tilting bracket was never delivered 3. Free hd cds, coin, headphone etc was never given 4. Last 13 days I have been trying to get these sorted out and nothing has happened And please do not require your sorry and apologies... I would need resolution for all the 4 above... One person from support team was so rude as if I have done something wrong... Few more in my compliant log: 1. I was told that wall mount will has tilting capability and the one which has been installed is fixed 2. I was made aware today that I am also suppose to get 3 HD DVDs which obviously I have not 3. I was informed a vendor will come to assess and buy my old TV and again no one came till now Help me understand this: 1. bought the TV for Diwali – was not operational that day 2. promised things – and most of them were not fulfilled 3. complaining for last 3 days – nothing happened Anyone from Reliance can suggest me if the same thing happens to them, what will they do? Regards, abhishek MAIL - 1 Hi, My name is Abhishek Singh and I bought a Samsung F6400 40 inch TV on Nov 2, 2013. I was promised for a better rate by sale representative hence I reach Reliance digital in Kammanahalli, Bangalore store. Sales representative Imran, Madan and one more (don’t remember his name) started the sales pitch. I told them I have buy today as Diwali is tomorrow and I have an offer of Rs.67, 000/- along with blue ray player, with wall mounting unit and installation in 7 hours. They offered me Rs.69, 510 (with SBI debit card cash back of Rs.2, 500) hence Rs.67, 010/- blue ray player, with wall mounting unit and installation by tomorrow (Nov 3, 2013). I have a new born kid so can’t go to too many stores to find out the best offer and with that rationale I made the payment & came back home with blue ray player and assurance that everything will be fine. I am not sure how many of the things are communicated correctly;  Not sure if the SBI cash back will happen  Wall-mount device has not been delivered along with TV  Installation has not yet happened after multiple follow-ups and request while buying that TV is for Diwali (later was informed that it takes 48 hrs after purchase and best was they started playing passing the buck game) I would appreciate if someone can resolve this issue at the earliest or else please take back the TV & return the money because out of the 5 (price, blue ray player, SBI cash back, wall mount kit, installation) things I was assured only player is the one which has been full-filled. I feel cheated and strongly believe that I should be compensated. Please let me know and will plan my next steps accordingly. Regards, abhishek
