Reliance Digital — Faulty AC installation. Product damaged | |||
I purchased a new Samsung AC from reliance digital, treasure Island Mall, Indore Madhya Pradesh on 25/3/21. The product was delivered very late more than 2 months later, then installation provided by reliance resQ team that too untrained technician. Even they opened my new compressor while installing. From day one, my AC was poorly cooling and later no cooling at all. I called samsung engineer, they visited and told gas is leaked due to faulty installation. I called reliance digital to replace the product since its only 10-12 days only . since installation. But they are not responding to my query to replace the product or they should refund my full amount if can't replace with new same product. Kindly help Was this information helpful? | |||
