I had puchsd one samsung refregirator, from reliance digital ltd, oberon mall, kochi. 15 days over till now our problems is not rectified. They delivered product opened one. I asked show roomthey said generally product will deliver like that so, its not our mistake. There is no samsung brand name printed taped or sealed . After that we purchsd another model and said we shoud need fresh one without opened. Installation technian after delvierd 48 hrs till not come and product not installed. Iam waiting for him. Very worst customer care services in kochi reliance digital ltd, kerala. There is no customer care managers and pros. No one has follow up, customer service. I purchased LED TV on 10/03/2016 but till date (17/03/2016) the product has not been delivered.
