[Resolved] Reliance Digital Malad Infinity Mall — Faulty Product and worst Service | |||||
I had purchased an Acer laptop from Reliance Digital ( Infinity Malad ), laptop has many issues ...when clicked on any software or any functionality it literally takes 20-25 minutes to open up which is because the O.S. (Windows) itself is corrupted which is installed by Reliance digital team. Also I had purchased Microsoft kit which is again corrupted and in Hindi language whereas i had chose English, to install Microsoft Office, Reliance team had made 3 attempts, for failure of earlier 2 attempts they had blamed Microsoft and now I get to know that Microsoft office which was finally installed by this team itself is corrupted... i had paid money and it wasn't for a corrupted system or the software !!! Zero coporation from the team !!! worst client service ... I would have given negative markings in ratings, had it been possible... will never go to purchase any product from Reliance Digital ever again and will advise same to the people out there...
