[Resolved] Reliance Digital — not given proper reply and not attending call after 6 days of complain | |||
I baught a samsung 6.5 kg front load washing machine from reliance digital - surat. With reliance extra care pack. Now i am facing power issue in machine and registered complain on 7th november 2019, after 2 days no reply i called again on 9th november 2019, they told me we will revert in 1 hour but again no reply again i am called today. They committed to attend call today before 5 pm but no one yet came. Reliance senior manager told me that they are not responsible samsung will reply on that. Samsung say that they dont have engineer now to attend call. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please check my call status which i had done in past 6 days. with my cell no [protected]
your representatives are not intrested to provide service to cusomter they are not ready and co operative with customers. you are not provide service on time for that you just say "sorry" to us . and say we cant do that. we will do only that. we will attend your call shortly and end of the day there is no action taken by you people.
you are just for fun here not able to provide service even not intersted to give customer service. you just want to take money from customer. that you buy this and you will get support from us and we will take care for you..
when we call you you people say. SAMSUNG engineer will attend your call and they are responsible for that.
if i had registered request on 7th and you simply say. we locked your call on 8th and after 8th no one ready to solve case. when i asked why you not given me service till 5 days. then simply say you ask to engineer when he will visit your place he will connect samsung team to explain you why they not attened your call on time.
means RELIANCE is simple to take money from us and after that you are not responsible at all..
SIR Better you check call history and recordings for all calls and then reply to me if you dont have give me your mail id or cell number i will share recordings to you which type of service you provide to us
