Dear Sir, I am B Praveen Kumar recently loss my mobile at vegetable market (Kurnool) on the date of 15-Sep-2020, I need urgently smart phone next day date on 16-Sep-2020 going to WORLD BIGGEST ELECTRONIC STORE “ Reliance Digital” Jio Store, S.V. Complex, R.S. Road Kurnool (AP), They fully Qualified and Training Executives asking what features you want expecting and price for the new mobile Sir.? I told any one 5000/- range mobile, There Executives suggest me one mobile piece i.e., Samsung Galaxy A10, but its Charging completely Dead, you can purchase these mobile please kept in charging its working if any repair, The Samsung Authorizing Service Center is available there One year Warranty is also available these mobile, The Price is also after Completely Discount Rs:5018.30.Okay I told Please do the bill, On the day I can Kept the charging above 3hrs, but mobile there is no switch on, next day on 17-Sep-2020, immediately I goto the Samsung Authorized Service center, They says these mobile handset above 15months piece Old stock, So there is no warranty period, covers these mobile, if you want service its chargeable takes out of warranty, If you want cover Warranty period bring Dealer/ Distributor Authorization Letter.., Where you have purchased store you can ask there, Okay immediately I can inform Jio Digital Store S V Complex Staff, They told Don’t worry Sir, I can give Letter & Service also our staff personally give the mobile to Samsung Service Center, after 2 days you can collect your mobile, Okay but still today on 09-Oct-2020 my mobile not taken till good condition, Many times I can goto the Store they says please one day give me sir, but date of my purchasing mobile completed morethan 3 weeks also, still there is no response, Actually I loss my old phone it will pain less, but more than pain gives the Jio Digital Store, Sometimes I thought I purchased mobile World Largest Biggest Electronic Store / footpath store ? Why there is no warranty, of my mobile its similar to footpath area purchase some electronic goods, Why they are selling No warranty Electronic goods, Why they are says false commitment to customers?, They are just buying time saying they’ll do it at the earliest. But no IS DUE FROM 3 WEEKS, They have sold a defective product and now telling me to go to Samsung store. This compliant is against reliance digital store SV Complex, Kurnool, I can be reached out at such fraud things reliance is doing during pandemic. Strict action to be taken to make them realise so that they stop selling fraud products. So how many weeks do I have to wait to get a proper product. It is not just this, I need to follow up with the team on my own for the status. After all this work there is no proper help from the Store team members. If I had to rely on the company, I would rather buy it online. Even my refund and return process gets simplified. Why go to such extent of going to store and doing all the procedure manually.
