Also found that Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited Executive misuse Customer Duplicate Signature and assign Reliance Life Insurance Policy to Customer. I Samsul Akhtar never Sign Reliance Life Insurance Policy form but I received Policy paper from reliance and found that some unknown person Misuse My Signature and send to me.
