I had visited your Reliance Fresh outlet located at East Ave, Palace View Society, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411006, India store on 04.12.2016 where a invoice entry of Rs. 65.32 was made. On swiping my debit card, some error message appeared. The person at the counter tried 6 times to get the payment, but due to some network issue, it did not went through and the invoice was not generated. Later I found that the amount (65.32) has been debited to my debit card. The amount is debited from my account on the day itself but the billing did not happen and the store promptly refused to allow purchase. I again visited your store on 05.12.2016 to raise a complain but... Was this information helpful? | |

Even I encountered the same issue with Reliance Mart Chennai Nagelkeni Pallavaram and in the process of chasing both the store and bank to get the refund. You may write / call the customer care directly and resolve the issue.
