My bill payment was charged twice on the date of 13th november 2016
With rs 472.25 along with rs 572.73 (Actual bill amount) during card
Payment.
And my refund amount of rs 472.25 has not been refunded back to my
Bank's account as told by the store manager.
Kindly refund my balance amount at the earliest.
