Reliance Fresh — Bad and impolite customer service | |||||
I have been a customer of reliance fresh since last few years and buying frequently from reliance fresh, vazhakkala kochi. Recently i had experienced more than once impolite behavior from the sales staffs and the cashiers multiple times. These are especially new young female recruits i believe. The way they talk to the customers is highly unacceptable and the attitude is arrogant. For any query we ask them the answer will be an abrupt "i dont know". I can site multiple instances on this and i am sure that lot more people have faced the same which i personally have seen. People do not have time to spent sending in complaints to you or they just let go. I have already told many of my friends and family not to buy from here anymore. I have raised my complaint to the store manager also today. I would like to know what action is taken in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Staff are not responding well who are in the cash counters. They are not providing swiping machines and change for 2000rs as well. This is not first time for me it happens two times consequetivley .I won't go next time
