[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Bad behaviour & use of abusive language by store Manager - Prernatirth, ahmedabad | |||
Dear Team, It was a repetative bad incident & experience for me at the Prerna tirth, Ahmedabad Relieance Fresh store by the Store Manager (Mr. MANAN). I had a very pathetic experience with both Manager. The billing was done by the manager & when I asked that why the Sodexo Meal voucher wont be acceptable for the Juice then he started saying that "Puchase if you want or get lost... Also started using abusive language & started shouting when I asked him to talk properly". The behaviour of the rest staff is not bad but the behaviour of the manager is always pathetic .. I've seen him speaking in this manner with other customers in past incidents also. Moreover a couple of staff had said to me outside the store that Mr. Manan is rude to staff also. Pls look into the matter & request you to take strict action against the employee which is causing trouble to the customers & staff also. If required, pls call me & I'll be there for the assistance.
