[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — bad customer service at counter

I was at sindicolony yesterday 30/10/14 around 3pm. I'm writing to complain about the bad costumer service provided at the counter. I had an issue with my debit card. The lady at the counter was I'll mannered and had no ettiquates to talk. We come to fresh for a standard service if we have to encounter such tone and language we would rather go to a veg. Market. We expect humbility and well trained people. I hope you take appropriate action. Thank you.
