Reliance Fresh — Cards not accepted most of the times | |||
Hi, We are been the regular customer at reliance fresh and most of the times we visit nearby store located in Geddalahalli, Bangalore. Almost every time we were told by POS operator that card swiping machine has problems hence we need to pay the cash. When we asked why the problem everytime the operator turns bit rude and tell us that you can complain to anyone we are not bothered. I am facing this issue not recently but since about a year. I might have shopped more than 15 times in one year and I can say almost 10 to 12 times I had this card issue and compelled to pay cash every time and couple of times had to visit ATM and withdraw money and pay. This is only problem in this store not in any other stores so please investigate the issue happening only in this store and let me know what action has taken.
