Reliance Fresh — Complaint regarding poor customer service

Dear Customer Care, We are very unhappy with your services at "Reliance Retail limited shop no. 711, dev srushti, Near Vastrapur Lake, Ahmedabad - Gujarat 380015". The free items with product are always lagging behind in the transport services, we always get false promises to get the complimentary items within one week. We have been facing this problem from last few times. so we have to write this mail to inform you to take necessary actions regarding same. Below is problem statement: We have purchased 1 kg of "Waghbakari" tea and as per the wrapper on product, we supposed to receive 6 ice cream bowl as free gift, instead we are still waiting for the free gift..
