Reliance Fresh — Deficiency in customer service / Un-Ethical practices at #Reliance Smart Super Store at Beta 1 - Greater Noida , Gautam Budh Naga

Dear Mr. Ambani and Mr Sandeep,

I am a dedicated customer of Reliance Industries and regularly visiting Reliance Super store at Beta 1 Greater Noida and before this when this store was running in Ansal Plaza.The customer service at this store has become a big causality and i feel the things are not happening in Ethical Manner . To quote a few examples :
1. The knocked down vegetables of the previous day are kept on display the next day. When retail customers like me ask for the price and want to buy, they say the price is not available and it will be updated in the second shift shift. on the other hand Channel Manager says that vegetables are knocked down on same day at 6 PM. My contention is when a product is on display, its price should be available as soon as the store opens or it should not be on display without price. My apprehension is that on the next day the vegetables are passed on at lower price to nearby Dhabas and Restaurants and we retail customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy at lower rates.

2. Threatening behaviour of counter staff and coverup attitude of Store Incharge : On 20.03.24 i visited a store to buy vegetables when i asked for price of vegetables on display i was told that the price will be available in the second shift . When I took photographs to convey to you and Mr Manav, I was literally about to be manhandled to snatch my mobile and told that you are making a video . Not only this the counter boy in a threatening tone conveyed that he is in store otherwise would have seen . Even the store incharge was taking the side of the counter boy and justifying and telling me to buy knocked down material at full price or buy it after 6 PM and come back or wait till 6 PM when price will be updated .

3. Products of lower price with lesser shelf life on display are refused to sell by saying that price is not available for this product - Example Olive Oil # Figaro# which i bought at higher price though product with lower price was available on counter.

The pictures of my visit, staff who was misbehaving are attached for your information. look at the body posture of boy and threatening eyes.

As a dedicated customer i am writing this mail so that you take corrective action of running the store as well as action against such staff who has misbehaved.

Customer service and staff behaviour I will rate as # Big Zero # at this store where another store at sector 36 Greater noida is running in an excellent manner with top class of customer service.
