Reliance Fresh — Delay in updating the price in the system

I am regularly buying things from Reliance Fresh, kalyani nagar, Pune (atleast two to three times on a week), but every time, I find one or other times not updated in the system and hence customer cannot buy the item at that particular time of need. Last week, I purchased spring onion at around 9 PM which was half dried but ok condition (but cannot be used on the next day if not kept under good refrigeration), but the executive at the counter did not sell on the same reason.
Kindly instruct the staff concerned to immediately update the perishable items in the system and for other items please instruct not to keep for customer's access if not updated in the system (This incidents I noticed pre GST and post GST also)
